DE C.V. is seeking a Construction Supervisor responsible for ensuring fieldwork compliance, guaranteeing quality and timelines.** **Requirements:** * Gender: No preference * Education: Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Civil Engineering, or related field * Availability * Experience: 1 to 3 years in a similar position * Willingness to travel **Knowledge:** * Knowledge of HVAC systems and special systems (industrial steam, purified water, fire protection systems, potable water, chilled water, etc.) * Basic electricity and control * Industrial safety on construction sites * Microsoft Office * Blueprint reading * AutoCAD (preferred) **Responsibilities:** * Supervise construction work and on-site surveys * Inspect installation quality and equipment testing * Prepare daily progress reports (photographic and written) * Assist in preparing material lists and work schedules * Support project progress and monitoring meetings * Coordinate with installation teams to meet deadlines and specifications * Report discrepancies or incidents between drawings and actual field conditions **Employment Type: Full-time.** **Work Location: On-site employment.** **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.** Salary: $14,000.00 \- $16,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
