**BOX Security Company** is seeking a Supervisor with experience in Private Security, leadership skills, commitment, and a service-oriented vocation to coordinate and supervise operational staff across various city services. If you have experience leading teams and are passionate about field operations, this opportunity is for you. **What will you do in this position?** * Supervise and coordinate 50 to 100 security personnel. * Ensure compliance with instructions and logbooks. * Conduct site visits at assigned services. * Prepare incident reports and attendance control reports. * Address client requests with a service-oriented focus. * Evaluate staff performance and implement corrective actions. * Resolve conflicts and maintain effective communication. * Coordinate coverage, replacements, and support for special services. * Guarantee the company’s operational and security standards. **What we are looking for in you** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Private Security Supervisor or Coordinator (MANDATORY). * Experience managing operational staff (50–100 personnel). * Leadership, discipline, and excellent communication skills. * Knowledge of the city of Querétaro. * Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a standard vehicle. * Flexible availability and service-oriented attitude. * Ability to make decisions under pressure. * Completed high school diploma (technical degree preferred). **What we offer** * Base salary: $12,000 monthly * Performance bonus: up to $4,000 monthly * Statutory benefits * Complimentary uniforms * Ongoing training * Career growth and job stability * 12-hour shifts (day or night) * Excellent work environment Work location Querétaro, Qro.
