Key responsibilities in quality process control and improvement **Leading Paper Manufacturing Company** **Seeking: Quality Technician \-** **Recent graduate eager to grow within the industry** **Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Processes Engineering (or related field)** **Experience:** 1 year or professional internships completed in the quality department **Shift availability:** 12\*12 shift schedule (06:00–18:00 and 18:00–06:00, with 4 working days \* 4 days off) **Basic technical knowledge in:** · Interpretation of FSC, PFC, or ISO standards · Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) · Chain of custody **Responsibilities:** · Development of process control plans · Reporting of findings identified during conversion processes · Verification that production schedules are met on time and as planned · Conducting internal audits · Tracking rejected materials · Tracking returns due to quality, commercial, or logistics issues · Reviewing and verifying machine cutting (substrate quality defects) · Implementation of quality control plans · Product and process quality reporting · KPI management · Resolution of quality issues in production processes **We Offer:** · Competitive salary · Statutory benefits · 100% social security contributions · Direct employment contract with the company · Meal vouchers · Savings fund **Work Location: Atizapan de Zaragoza, Av.
