We are looking for a **Control Desk Assistant** for our bus maintenance workshop, who will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles depart in optimal condition and providing support for area activities. **Position Objective:** To inspect and verify that buses leave the workshop in appropriate safety and operational condition, ensuring service quality. **Main Responsibilities:** * Verify that buses meet maintenance and safety standards prior to departure. * Confirm that assigned services have been properly completed. * Inspect proper operation of vehicle systems and components. * Authorize bus departure once optimal conditions are confirmed. * Record and track observations or pending items. * Provide support for administrative and operational activities within the department. * Maintain constant communication with workshop, operations, and logistics departments. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school (technical degree in automotive mechanics or related field preferred). * Basic knowledge of bus maintenance (preferred). * Basic computer skills (Excel, Word). * Attention to detail and sense of responsibility. * Teamwork skills. * Availability for rotating shifts. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary: $13,000 * Statutory benefits * Food vouchers * Punctuality and attendance bonus * Profit-sharing * Job stability * Continuous training **Work Schedule:** Three rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night For more information, contact 5584542949 Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $13,000.00 - $13,700.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Employee discounts * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
