Effective communication and results orientation PROACTIVE APPOINTMENTS **Job Objective:** Generate and manage appointments through proactive outreach to prospects to increase unit intake and sales for the service department. **Main Responsibilities** * Make proactive calls to prospects or customer databases. * Qualify leads to identify interest and purchase potential. * Schedule appointments for the service department with new customers and brand customers. * Record contact information and follow-up details in CRM or database. * Follow up with prospects who have not yet confirmed appointments. * Meet daily contact and appointment generation targets. * Maintain effective communication with the service team to optimize appointment quality. * Answer incoming calls. * Provide after-sales customer support. **Key Competencies** * Clear and persuasive communication * Results orientation * Proactivity and initiative * Active listening * Organization and follow-up * Excellent presentation skills Candidate Profile * Education: Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Telemarketing * Experience: * 1–2 years in **call center, telemarketing, prospecting, or lead generation**. * Experience in **appointment scheduling**.
