We are a leading company in technology and critical infrastructure, and we are currently seeking our **Finance Coordinator**. **Job Objective:** To manage and administer the accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) portfolio, ensuring accurate and timely information to support proper cash flow, fulfill the company's commitments, and ensure scalable and sustainable growth of daily operations. **Description:** Maintain up-to-date information in the ERP systems used by the company, thereby supporting development and analysis for decision-making that enhances cash flow; additionally, develop economic growth strategies within the organization and ensure timely and accurate billing for executed projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor the completion of ongoing projects to ensure timely billing. * Provide feedback to sales and implementation teams regarding pending items required to complete the billing process. * Track and report on projects—whether ongoing or completed—that remain unbilled. * Ensure invoices issued are entered into the accounts payable process by customers. * Generate accounts receivable aging reports and KPIs for AR performance. * Maintain customer system data and configure CFDI issuance. * Monitor upcoming due dates to forecast cash flow (quarterly). * Present collection, billing, and payment reports to the Finance Directorate. * Approve purchase orders (POs) to identify deviations in profit margins. * Supervise the execution of the AP process to ensure accurate and reliable information. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate studies in economics or administration. * Residence within a maximum of one and a half hours from the Tlalnepantla Centro area. * Valid driver's license. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Strong communication skills and analytical ability. **We Offer:** * $23,000.00 MXN monthly gross salary. * Meal vouchers. * Semi-annual personal-use hour bank. * One remote workday per week, effective after the first three months (learning curve). * Monday to Friday work schedule. * Statutory benefits from day one.
