Join Estafeta! **Location** (3 minutes from UAM Azcapotzalco Metrobús station) **Administrative Assistant** **Position Objective** To track items handled by customers—from shipping label creation to final delivery. **Job Functions or Activities** * Creation of shipping labels. * Development of performance indicators (KPIs). * Generation of pickup reference numbers (folios). * Pre-alerting and tracking of pickup reference numbers (folios). * Customer support via email (responding to customer issues and inquiries). * Creation of service tickets (reports). * Control and tracking of items handled for assigned account(s). **Requirements** * High school diploma or technical degree; recent bachelor’s degree graduates. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles or administrative/support functions—preferably in sales, customer service, or logistics environments. * Basic to intermediate office software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook email). **Competencies** * Results orientation. * Tolerance. * Teamwork. * Analytical ability. * Customer service orientation. * Proactivity. **What We Offer You** * Competitive salary. * Superior benefits. * Productivity bonus. * Career growth within the company. * Positive work environment. * Grocery vouchers
