Responsibilities: ° Greet our customers warmly and courteously. ° Receive suppliers and coordinate daily activities. ° Conduct gym tours, showcasing the best of our facilities. ° Open and close the location, ensuring quality service. ° Provide information about gym membership plans. ° Register new users and maintain updated user records. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? ° Completed high school diploma (mandatory). ° 6 months of customer service experience. ° Availability to work from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, including a 1-hour lunch break. ° Basic knowledge of Google Workspace. ° Service-oriented attitude to deliver the best experience to our users.
