**Warehouse Clerk** **Publication date:** December 2025 **Salary:** 6,250.00 (MXN) biweekly. **Job description:** MAIN ACTIVITIES: * Purchasing and receiving: Register in SAP adjustments to missing purchase orders, shortages, weight discrepancies, rejections due to poor quality, and returns to suppliers. Verify that physical data (weights, units, qualities) match those recorded in SAP. * Sales and order fulfillment: Track open sales orders (restaurants and individual baskets). Record deliveries / warehouse outbound shipments in SAP based on items picked by the operations team. Verify that each delivery matches the merchandise actually shipped. * Inventory administration: Perform warehouse transfers according to demand and operational flow. Record inventory adjustments resulting from physical verifications. Identify discrepancies between physical inventory and SAP records, and report them promptly. Maintain updated stock availability to prevent stockouts or sales errors. * Reporting and operational support: Ensure proper documentation of each transaction (reports, photos, verifications, filing, chat messages). Support purchasing, sales, order fulfillment, and warehouse functions to maintain consistent information flow. Keep up-to-date records of receipts, shipments, and adjustments. * Continuous improvement and internal control: Identify and report opportunities to improve documentation workflows. Propose improvements to SAP data entry or validation processes. Participate in weekly follow-up meetings with purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams. Assist in correctly configuring items, price lists, units of measure, and equivalences in SAP.
