A prominent restaurant group located in the Polanco and Roma Norte areas seeks your talent as: **Procurement Coordinator.** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Procurement Coordinator, preferably in the restaurant, food, consumer goods, or retail sectors. * Strong negotiation, cost analysis, and budget control skills. * Administrative and basic accounting knowledge, along with an understanding of taxation principles. * Experience managing suppliers, contracts, and procurement processes. * Proficiency in ERP systems, procurement platforms, and electronic invoicing systems. * Leadership ability, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the procurement process for supplies, raw materials, services, and equipment required for operations. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing, quality, and delivery timelines. * Evaluate, develop, and refine the supplier portfolio. * Monitor the procurement department’s budget and implement cost-optimization strategies. * Supervise compliance with internal policies, administrative procedures, and quality standards. * Analyze inventory levels, product turnover, and stock quantities. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience: $20,000–$25,000 net per month. * Job stability within a growing company. * Discounts at group restaurants. * Excellent work environment.
