Seeking: EXPERIENCED KITCHEN SUPERVISOR \- JUNIOR SOUS CHEF TOKS MIXCOAC (one block from Mixcoac Metro Station, Line 7\) Responsibilities: Cover primary kitchen positions such as production cook, grill station, cold station, hot station, and plating. Coordinate and schedule daily production. Supervise cleaning of equipment, tools, and kitchen accessories. Place purchase orders for the department. Train new staff. Verify dish presentation. Conduct inventory every 15th and 30th day. Check raw material stock levels. Perform area cleaning. Handle supplier interactions. Staff under supervision: approximately 15 people. Work Schedule: Rotating shifts depending on unit needs. Work Monday through Sunday with one weekday off. Requirements: Education: Secondary school diploma; Technical degree in Gastronomy or related field. Gender: Unrestricted. Experience: 1–2 years in the aforementioned areas.
