We are currently seeking an **Accounting Manager** to lead the accounting department with strategic vision and operational commitment. If you have solid experience leading accounting and tax teams, and you are seeking a professional challenge within a company with a well-defined structure and development opportunities, this position is for you! **Profile Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or related field (Professional license certificate is mandatory). * Minimum 8 years of experience in general and tax accounting, in leadership positions. * Proficiency in **CONTPAQi** and **Advanced Excel**. * Solid knowledge of tax regulations: **Income Tax (ISR), Value Added Tax (IVA), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), National Workers’ Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT), SAT.** * Experience preparing financial statements and tax returns. * Ability to coordinate Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, and Warehouse teams. * Strategic vision, focus on continuous improvement, and high sense of responsibility. * **Intermediate English** (mandatory). **Desirable:** * Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. * Experience in internal and external audits. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise accounting records and preparation of **monthly and annual financial statements**. * Ensure compliance with tax obligations and reporting to authorities (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISN, REPSE). * Coordinate accounting and tax closing processes. * Analyze and interpret financial information to support decision-making. * Report to senior management on financial results and projections. * Ensure proper operation of related departments: accounts receivable/payable, procurement, and warehouse. * Lead improvements in accounting and tax processes to increase efficiency. **We Offer** * Competitive salary: **$40,000 to $45,000 gross monthly** * Statutory benefits from day one. * **Salary review after 6 months**, with potential performance-based adjustment. * Professional work environment and growth opportunities. * Participation in key projects with direct impact on the company. **Selection Process** This process is managed by **Manuel Nevárez y Asociados, S.C.** You will be in contact with our team throughout the evaluation and interview process.
