### **Job Description:** A leading global technology solutions consulting firm is seeking a **Technical Program Manager (TPM)** with a strong track record in managing complex software and infrastructure initiatives. This position requires a profile that rigorously balances advanced technical competencies, strategic program management, and leadership of multicultural teams to interact directly with one of the world’s most important financial institutions. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the timely, efficient, and high-quality delivery of assigned strategic technology programs, serving as the principal enabler between engineering teams and business stakeholders. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * **Program Leadership:** Coordinate and oversee the full lifecycle of high-complexity technology programs and projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget objectives. * **Strategic Intermediation:** Serve as the key point of contact and technical translator between development/architecture teams and global business leaders (Stakeholders). * **Risk Mitigation and Governance:** Proactively identify critical dependencies, technical risks, and bottlenecks; design and implement contingency plans to ensure program continuity. * **Technical Oversight and Architecture:** Validate that solutions proposed by engineering teams align with the institution’s conceptual architecture, actively participating in critical technical decision-making. * **Agile Framework Adoption:** Lead and optimize project execution using large-scale agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) within geographically distributed work environments. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all technology deliverables strictly comply with global cybersecurity regulations, audit requirements, and operational standards of the financial sector. ### **Required Profile:** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Computer Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (professional certification preferred). * **Work Experience:** Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in roles such as *Technical Program Manager (TPM)*, Technical Program Leader, or Delivery Manager—preferably within banking or financial services. * **Technical Background:** Solid prior experience in software development, solution architecture, or infrastructure management within Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP). * **Work Methodologies:** Advanced and practical mastery of agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe). * **Language Competency:** **Advanced / Bilingual English (C1/C2 level)**.
