Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Accountant to manage salary processing, administrative procedures, and ensure compliance with labor and tax regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Position: Payroll Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (incomplete) or Technical Accounting qualification * Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in payroll * Proficiency in NOI (payroll) system * Experience managing weekly and biweekly payroll * Integration of bimonthly salaries * Employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary modifications via government portals * Calculation of severance payments, year-end bonuses (aguinaldo), and profit-sharing (PTU) * Proficiency in IDSE portal * Review of monthly and bimonthly filings * Knowledge of SUA, risk premium submissions, and affiliation transactions * Proficiency in Fonacot and Infonavit portals * Reconciliations and clarifications with IMSS, Infonavit, and Fonacot * Processing and management of employee files * Mandatory: Ability to issue electronic invoices (CFDI 4\.0, SAT portal) * Knowledge of labor and tax regulations * Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills * Skills: organization, responsibility, and confidential information handling We Offer: \- Competitive salary: $14,000 \- $16,000 net monthly, depending on experience * Statutory benefits * Biweekly payments * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm * Location: Tecamachalco Interested candidates, please apply through this channel!
