




Position Summary: We are seeking a District Manager with experience in the pharmaceutical industry and the respiratory area to lead sales teams, design commercial strategies, and develop key relationships, driving goal achievement and professional growth. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and development of pharmaceutical sales teams. 2. Design and execution of commercial strategies in the respiratory area. 3. Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, biological sciences, business administration, or related fields (preferred). Degree holder EXPERIENCE Minimum 3 years as a District Manager or similar role in the pharmaceutical industry, with experience in the respiratory area. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding commercial objectives. Fieldwork experience, territorial analysis, and CRM usage. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE Knowledge of respiratory pathologies (RHINITIS, ASTHMA, etc.). Proficiency in sales techniques. Proficiency in Excel, CRM (SFNET, Salesforce, etc.), dashboards, and reporting. Familiarity with the local medical and regulatory environment. RESPONSIBILITIES · Lead and manage the sales representative team within assigned territories. · Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets and medical coverage goals. · Design and execute commercial strategies aligned with company objectives. · Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for individuals and the district. · Implement customized development plans for each team member. · Train on consultative selling techniques, objection handling, and technical knowledge of the respiratory portfolio. · Conduct consistent field coaching (accompaniments). · Build strong relationships with medical opinion leaders, institutions, and distributors. · Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and ethical promotion policies. · Efficiently manage district resources (budgets, materials, time). · Identify market opportunities and collaborate with Marketing and Medical Affairs.
