Clear and direct hiring process **TMS** ***Transportes Monroy Eschiavon,*** *Mexico's #1 transportation company, is hiring* ***AUTO BODY TECHNICIAN AND WINDSHIELD INSTALLER FOR TRACTOR-TRAILERS*** ***Requirements:*** Hiring documents required as photocopies. \- Birth certificate \- Social Security Number; the document must show the most recent download date. \- Updated CURP \- Tax Identification Certificate (RFC), updated and registered under the “Salaries and Wages” tax regime; verify this on the second page of the document or by scanning the QR code on the first page. \- Academic transcript or diploma \- Valid INE (Official ID), original and photocopy \- Proof of address: any of the following—CFE (electricity bill), internet service bill, or gas bill—no older than three months. \- Two employment verification letters; if you have no prior formal employment, two personal recommendation letters are acceptable, each accompanied by a photocopy of the recommender’s INE. Letters must be typed, signed, and include the recommender’s INE. NO DOCUMENT MAY BE MISSING. If any document is missing or you are unsure how to update it, let me know and I will guide you. **TMS Hiring Process.** \- Interview with recruitment team \- Interview with department head \- Medical examination, including anti-drug testing, vision test, blood glucose test, etc. \- If you pass these screening steps, your hiring may occur as early as the next day; the more complete your documents, the faster the process. **The offer is as follows.** Fixed daytime schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM–2 PM.
