Job Summary: We are seeking a Transportation or Industrial Engineer with experience in shipping and distribution to coordinate logistics, supervise operations, and ensure timely delivery of materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of logistics and tracking of out-of-town deliveries. 2. Supervision and support in material distribution. 3. Management of vehicle documentation and accident response. Job Requirements: ? Education: Bachelor's degree in Transportation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. ? Experience: Minimum 2 years of prior experience in shipping and distribution. ? Knowledge of logistics. ? Communication and leadership skills. Job Responsibilities: • Inspect and assist in the delivery of assigned materials along each driver’s route. • Assist in preparing the required documentation for each route and vehicle. • Timely report daily out-of-town shipping manifests to the Sales Department and customers. • Support tracking of delivered out-of-town orders, from departure to final destination. • Timely management of documentation generated for the utility vehicle fleet. • Continuous monitoring of drivers’ activities. • Confirm receipt of materials with customers via email or telephone call. • Coordinate with the Sales Department for urgent material deliveries. • Respond to and follow up on transportation vehicles involved in accidents. • Generate reports requested by the department.
