A safe work environment focused on continuous improvement We are looking for a responsible, technically proficient, and maintenance-oriented **Industrial Machinery Mechanic**, specializing in preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery used in confectionery, coating, and mixing production. This role is critical to ensuring operational continuity, equipment reliability, and plant safety. **Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment. * Diagnose basic mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical failures. * Assemble, install, align, and level equipment. * Replace parts, perform alignments, adjust motors, gearboxes, and transmission systems. * Carry out mechanical repairs, including disassembly and component replacement. * Inspect machinery, conduct diagnostic tests, and report findings. * Maintain tools, equipment, and area facilities in optimal condition. * Adjust, calibrate, and lubricate equipment to ensure continuous operation. * Support the installation of new machinery or modifications to existing equipment. * Collaborate with production to minimize downtime and improve line efficiency. **Requirements** * Technical degree in industrial maintenance, electro-mechanics, mechanics, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance within the food industry. * Basic knowledge of electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, and blueprint reading. * Proficiency in using hand and power tools. * Ability to follow technical instructions and work according to established procedures. * Attention to detail, responsibility, and teamwork orientation. * Availability for full-time employment. * Ability to work under pressure and resolve on-site problems. **Skills and Competencies** * Attention to detail. * Rapid and accurate diagnosis. * Technical problem-solving. * Ability to work under pressure and resolve on-site problems. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. * Collaborative work with the maintenance and production teams. **We Offer** * Monthly salary between **$11,500 and $15,000**, depending on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Immediate hiring. * Training on machinery and processes in the confectionery industry. * Job stability at a company with over 20 years of track record. * A safe work environment focused on continuous improvement. **Position Type** Full-time – On-site Position Type: Full-time Salary: $11,500.00 - $15,000.00 per month Education: * Completed Technical Diploma (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
