




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to develop and deliver training programs for the sales force, focusing on enhancing their talent and evaluating outcomes, while emphasizing product benefits and new launches. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic nationwide sales force training. 2. Development of materials highlighting product benefits. 3. Evaluation of training impact and point-of-sale (PDV) knowledge. • National-level differentiated training on our products for promoters (sales force) and FSM. • Develop topics of interest for the sales force to support their growth within the organization and rapidly enhance individual talent. • Evaluate improvements and key points to highlight from our current product lineup and upcoming launches. • Develop sales force materials that emphasize our benefits versus competitors and versus our previous models. • Create assessments to measure training outcomes delivered to the sales force, as well as evaluate their PDV knowledge and experience. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Graduate degree – Master's 2 years of experience Languages: English Age: between 18 and 39 years Knowledge: Team management, Training, Microsoft Excel, Sales, Customer service Willingness to travel: Yes Keywords: training, formation, capacitacion, capacitador
