Each day you will face **new and interesting challenges** in your role, for which you will be responsible: * Develop event and sponsorship strategies that strengthen brand positioning and generate value for customers. * Develop creative activation proposals aligned with brand and sponsorship guidelines. * Plan, supervise, and execute activations, ensuring quality standards and budget compliance. * Apply evaluation, control, and profitability criteria for each sponsorship. * Build relationships with strategic partners, users, vendors, agencies, and internal departments to ensure efficient and profitable events. * Prepare results reports for internal clients. * Promotional management. * Analyze new sponsorship opportunities that generate profitability and visibility for the bank. * Manage simultaneous projects. * Administer, manage, and optimize event budgets. **Requirements:** * Professional education: Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or Entertainment Business Administration. * Years of experience: 3 years of experience. * Areas of expertise: Event production, strategic sponsorships, experiential marketing, and public relations. * Required knowledge: Planning and execution of corporate events, process management, teamwork, sponsorship management and evaluation, experiential marketing, budget and vendor management, negotiation, event protocols, and event trends. * Languages: English. * Willingness to travel: Yes. * Willingness to relocate: N/A.
