Company dedicated to entertainment and large-scale events, seeks: **Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst:** **Main responsibilities:** * **Define policies and procedures** for all areas, ensuring their proper implementation. * **Design and manage continuous improvement projects**, applying recognized methodologies (including COSO), assessing financial, administrative, and reputational risks. * **Establish internal controls** and anticipate operational risks through preventive analysis. * **Collaborate in training** and process understanding to ensure regulatory compliance. * **Prepare reports and statistical analyses** demonstrating project progress and results. * **Analyze business information** using elicitation techniques to propose strategic solutions. **Requirements:** * **Academic background:** Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field, Administration, Quality and/or Processes. * Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt) preferred. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in continuous improvement, internal control, or business analysis. * **Technical knowledge:** * COSO methodology and risk management, LEAN, Kaizen, Kanban, 5 S's. * Analysis tools: Power BI, Minitab, Smart Sheet, Advanced Excel. * Process Analysis and Risk Management. * Programming logic (preferred). * **Analytical competencies:** Ability to interpret data and propose strategic solutions. **Key competencies:** * Critical thinking and analytical approach. * Orientation toward internal and external customers. * Shared strategic vision. * Effective communication and collaborative teamwork. * Ability to manage risks and make data-driven decisions. **Tools used:** * Power BI or Tableau (preferred) * Minitab (preferred) * Smart Sheet * Advanced Excel Job type: Full-time Salary: $1\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Free beverages * Savings fund * Gym discount * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Referral program * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Company phone * Remote work * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
