Job Summary: Pefsa is seeking an Amazon Operations Analyst to manage the e-commerce channel, with a focus on daily execution and operational optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Manages and optimizes the Amazon channel, including orders and catalog. 2. Monitors key KPIs to improve operational performance. 3. Operational profile focused on daily execution and support for other channels. At Pefsa, we are looking for top talent to join our E-commerce team as an Amazon Operations Analyst Responsibilities: • Manage the Amazon channel through execution • Daily operations for orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and tickets • Manage Amazon catalog: listings, delistings, product pages, variations, and A+ content • Planning and management of Fulfillment (FBA and FBM) (mandatory) • Monitor KPIs: ACoS, CVR, BSR, Buy Box, sessions, and conversion • Coordinate with operations to ensure available FBA inventory • Manage cases, disputes, and account metrics in Seller Central • Report weekly results with proposals for operational improvement • Operational profile focused on daily execution • Support for other channels (Mercado Libre, Shopify) as secondary priority Requirements: • Experience with e-commerce platforms (especially Amazon) • Attention to detail and analytical mindset • Organization and follow-up skills • Intermediate Excel proficiency, including formulas, databases, and pivot tables • Bachelor’s degree with specialization in e-commerce or sales • 3 years of experience in this role We Offer: • Competitive salary • Benefits • Life insurance • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, located in Bondojito neighborhood If you meet the profile and are interested, please send your CV to schedule an interview at the email address . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 3 years of experience Age: between 25 and 40 years old Knowledge: Microsoft Office Keywords: analyst, operative, operativo
