Today, we are opening an opportunity to bring on board a person passionate about payroll administration who wishes to grow and develop with us. **Position: Payroll Executive** **Main responsibilities:** * Calculation and processing of biweekly payroll * Employee registration, termination, and modifications with IMSS * Calculation of severance payments and settlements * Attendance incident control (absences, disabilities, vacations, TE, etc.) * Tax and contribution calculations (ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT) * Addressing and following up on employee inquiries * Variability * Reconciliation * Knowledge of platform management (SUA, IDSE, Infonavit, Virtual Desktop, FONACOT, etc.) **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law * Excel proficiency (intermediate/advanced level) * Experience with CONTPAQi payroll systems is desirable * Experience managing payrolls for over 500 HC **We offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Job stability **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00, and Saturdays, 9:00–13:00 (non-negotiable) Interested candidates should apply through this channel.
