Position Summary: We are seeking a General Accountant for a construction company, responsible for recording, classifying, and analyzing accounting transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring tax compliance. Comprehensive management of accounting, payroll, and tax obligations. Construction company seeks: General Accountant Education: Bachelor’s degree with title in Accounting. Experience: Minimum of 2 years or more in general accounting. Experience in: * Tax and accounting regulations. * Regulations and procedures before the IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute). * Preparation of Financial Statements. * Application of Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIFs). * Design of financial controls. * ERP system management (implementation). * REPSE (Registry of Providers of Specialized Services). Responsibilities: Record, classify, and analyze accounting transactions in accordance with current regulations. Process, record, and classify all operational and administrative expense transactions. Issue, validate, and manage income and expense CFDIs (Digital Fiscal Receipts). Maintain a detailed and up-to-date fixed assets register, including owned and leased assets, covering capitalization, depreciation/amortization, and disposal. Execute the monthly accounting closing process, including preparation and recording of adjusting entries, accruals, and reclassifications as required. Perform reconciliations of major balance sheet and income statement accounts. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Financial analysis to support senior management decision-making. * Payroll calculation and administration. * Compliance with tax, labor, and administrative obligations. * ERP-based accounting management and accountability before authorities. * Integrity and security of financial information.
