API Integration Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking an Enterprise Integration Architect responsible for designing and governing solutions that enable systems to communicate reliably, securely, and scalably. You will be responsible for designing and governing integration solutions that enable our systems to communicate reliably, securely, and scalably. You will directly participate in architecture decisions, standard definitions, and the company's technological evolution. Responsibilities * Design solutions using an API-first approach * Define integration architecture standards and guidelines * Design event-driven and asynchronous messaging architectures * Manage resilience, traceability, error handling, and idempotency * Govern iPaaS platforms and API Gateways * Integrate CRM, ERP, cloud platforms, and omnichannel customer service tools * Collaborate with internal teams, business units, and technology vendors * Generate technical documentation and architectural artifacts Candidate Profile * +3 years of experience in enterprise integration architecture * Experience designing integrations across multiple systems * Solid knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and EIP patterns * Experience with Event-Driven architectures and asynchronous messaging (Pub/Sub) * Experience with tools such as MuleSoft, Apigee, SnapLogic, Dell Boomi, or similar * Knowledge of GCP (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, BigQuery) * Experience in API security: OAuth 2.0, JWT, and mTLS * Intermediate or advanced English * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field Preferred Qualifications * HubSpot CRM experience * Genesys Cloud experience * RPA experience * Transactional ERP experience * Cloud or software architecture certifications ## Location Santa Fe, CDMX . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 3 years of experience Age: between 20 and 45 years Knowledge: Analytical ability, Reporting, Querying Keywords: architect, architecture, architectural
