Specialization in the Construction Sector **Vacancy: Human Resources Generalist** Mexico City **About the Company** A construction-sector company specializing in civil works and infrastructure is seeking to hire a Human Resources Generalist with solid experience in personnel administration on construction sites and compliance with labor-tax regulations. **Position Objective** To comprehensively manage Human Resources processes, ensuring regulatory compliance in labor, tax, and social security matters, as well as accurate payroll execution. **Main Responsibilities** * Personnel administration (hiring, termination, contracts, personnel files) * Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative staff * Preparation of **full payroll** (calculation, payroll incidents, final settlements, and liquidations) * **Calculation and determination of employer-employee IMSS contributions** * **Calculation and filing of the Payroll Tax (ISN)** * Management of **REPSE (Registry of Specialized Service Providers)** * Management of **SIROC (Construction Site Registration with IMSS)** * IMSS affiliation transactions (registrations, cancellations, and modifications) * Incident tracking and labor-tax compliance * Handling audits and authority requests * Labor relations with on-site personnel **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Psychology, or related field * Minimum 3 years’ experience as an HR Generalist in construction * **Mandatory experience in:** * REPSE * SIROC * Comprehensive payroll * IMSS and ISN calculation * Up-to-date knowledge of Mexican labor legislation **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Opportunities for growth Salary: $22,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
