Ensuring regulatory compliance and a high-quality experience Department: Security Level: Operational–Administrative Reports to: Security Coordinator Direct Interaction: Residents, Security, Cleaning, Maintenance Schedules subject to monthly changes Salary: $12,000 gross monthly Statutory Benefits Morning Shift: Monday to Sunday: 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM Evening Shift: Monday to Sunday: 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM Rest Day: Rotating one day per week Minimum 1–2 years of experience in reception, customer service, or sports clubs. Preferred experience in condominiums, hotels, or private clubs Provide professional and warm attention to residents, manage access, control, and proper use of lobby and common area facilities, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain an orderly, high-quality experience Main Responsibilities: • Greet and receive residents. • Control access. • Record and report incidents. • Maintain order in the reception area. • Uphold a professional image consistent with the condominium’s standards. • Support proper environmental ambiance of the space.
