We are seeking top talent for the **Payroll Analyst** position at our office located in Polanco. RESPONSIBILITIES - Processing payroll for multiple companies. - Corresponding reconciliations for the accounting department. - Calculating payroll taxes. - Calculating IMSS contributions and payroll tax. - Calculating special, weekly, biweekly, or monthly payrolls. - Calculating and stamping payroll receipts. - Using payroll determination software (Contpaqi). - Processing compliance-related procedures. REQUIREMENTS - Completed bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. - Two years of experience preparing payroll for a workforce of 1,000 employees. - Proficiency in Contpaqi. - Experience with Admin, Nomipaq, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, IMSS mailbox, SUA, IDSE, and REPSE. - Ability to interpret payroll tax regulations for CDMX, State of Mexico, and other jurisdictions. - Proficiency in Excel.
