Today, we invite you to join our team as: 2N Technical Support Engineer Work Location: Tacubaya Education: Graduated or current student in one of the following fields: Computer Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines. Technical Requirements: Basic courses in networking and telecommunications Knowledge of protocols: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS Experience configuring VMS, DVR/NVR, and IP cameras Familiarity with biometric and access control systems Main Responsibilities: Handling and resolving requests and incidents (internal/external clients and suppliers) Management and control of estimates Tracking project execution programs Ensuring information availability, confidentiality, and integrity Remote and on-site technical support (via tickets) Monitoring infrastructure and projects, with periodic reporting Preparation of technical documentation (manuals, guides, etc.) Installation, configuration, and maintenance of: Video surveillance systems (CCTV) Access control systems (biometric, card-based) Configuration of: DVR / NVR / MDVR IP and analog cameras Video management software (VMS) Network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) Integration of CCTV and access control into LAN/WAN networks Interpretation of electrical and network diagrams Use of diagnostic tools: ping, cable tester, etc. Preventive and corrective maintenance of electronic equipment Project supervision: tracking, incident control, progress monitoring, and timely delivery We Offer: Base salary Monthly payment deposited on the last day of the month Compensation scheme: 100% payroll Statutory benefits Major medical expense insurance Life insurance Savings fund Working Hours: Shift rotation.
