




Job Summary: At PLOT Experiential Marketing, we are seeking a project-based Creative to develop strategies, concepts, and innovative proposals for immersive experiences and BTL events. Key Responsibilities: 1. Create creative strategies for immersive experiences and events. 2. Develop surprising concepts and storytelling. 3. Conduct trend research and generate innovative proposals. At **PLOT Experiential Marketing**, we are looking for a project-based Creative (3 months). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Create creative strategies applied to the development of immersive experiences and events. * Develop surprising concepts and storytelling. * Generate innovative proposals and conduct trend research. * Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proposals support commercial brief objectives. * Develop ideas that translate into creative strategies for BTL experiences and corporate events. * Monitor projects jointly with graphic and industrial designers, providing creative guidance for execution. * Present creative proposals to clients. * Stay updated on marketing, advertising, and innovation trends, ensuring these are reflected in every proposal. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience at a BTL event agency. * Experience working as a Creative on events. * Proficiency with tools required for the role. * Strategic creativity. * Innovation. * Storytelling.
