Job Objective Coordinate group class operations to ensure quality, proper execution, and process alignment through instructor management, performance indicator tracking, and continuous improvement — aiming to optimize attendance, enhance customer experience, and support member retention. Main Responsibilities Coordinate group class scheduling and delivery, ensuring quality, punctuality, and variety. Manage instructors: assignment, monitoring, feedback, and certification compliance. Ensure adherence to processes, service standards, and operational guidelines. Track key performance indicators such as class occupancy, revenue, and customer satisfaction. Implement improvements in underperforming clubs (audits and action plans). Coordinate ongoing training for the instructor team. Requirements Education Completed bachelor’s degree or 100% credit completion in Sports Science, Physical Education, Sports Training, or related field. MUST HAVE at least three international certifications such as Les Mills, Yoga Alliance, Zumba Fit, or Pilates Reformer. Experience 2+ years coordinating group classes, gyms, or fitness studios. Experience leading instructors or operational teams. Strong customer service orientation and user experience focus. Proficiency in performance metrics and data-driven decision making. High level of organization, proactivity, and follow-up capability. Willingness to travel between clubs. Knowledge Experience working in gym chains or boutique studios. Experience improving class occupancy or member retention. Fitness certifications (mandatory). Mindset of continuous improvement and execution.
