The role focuses on process definition, diagram development, and coordination with mechanical engineering for detailed engineering, ensuring proper equipment arrangement and operational flow. The initial project involves a concrete plant, but the position is oriented toward industrial projects in general. Responsibilities \- Define functional plant layout (equipment, process flow, and material handling) \- Coordinate with mechanical engineering for equipment integration \- Develop process flow diagrams (PFD) and support P\&ID development \- Define design criteria for detailed engineering \- Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities \- Support automation and operational logic \- Comply with ACI and ASTM standards Requirements \- Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field \- 2–5 years of experience in industrial processes or projects \- Experience with PFD and P\&ID \- Experience in detailed engineering or multidisciplinary coordination \- Experience in materials, manufacturing, or concrete (desirable) Knowledge and Skills \- Process flow and material handling \- Interpretation of PFD / P\&ID \- AutoCAD, Revit (desirable), Office Language Intermediate technical English (desirable): reading technical documentation and standards, communicating with suppliers.
