Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Computer Science, or related field * Completed studies or currently completing final academic requirements (internship status acceptable) * Basic knowledge in: * Technical support * Computer networks and equipment * Windows operating systems * Preventive and corrective maintenance * Strong user support skills * Proactive, responsible, and organized attitude * Availability for on-site work * Must reside within a maximum one-hour commute from the workplace * English (intermediate\-advanced), written\-conversational.
