OBJECTIVE: Documentation of corporate and UH policies and procedures. · RESPONSIBILITIES: Process mapping. Documentation of policies and procedures. Process training. Information gathering across different departments and hierarchical levels, including executives. Identification of risks and controls. · EXPERIENCE: Office. Visio. Administrative processes in the service and financial sectors; process mapping and documentation methodologies. Healthcare, health, and ISO regulations related to process documentation.
