




Job Summary: Deliver and manage onboarding and operational training courses, update training materials, and support staff development. Key Highlights: 1. TRAINING ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Education, Psychology, or related field. -Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience delivering technical training. Responsibilities: Deliver and manage onboarding courses for newly hired staff. Deliver operational training aligned with procedures and using real-life examples to ensure participant comprehension. Support the updating of current training materials and documentation (e.g., descriptive letter, facilitation guide, presentation slides, attendance lists, course evidence, question banks, and exams). Submit course evidence electronically and physically to ensure proper information tracking. Stay updated on newly issued procedures through standards and manual revisions.
