Job Summary: We are seeking a service-oriented Security Guard to maintain tranquility, order, and a premium experience at a luxury property, provide direct guest assistance, and actively participate in daily operations. Service-oriented attitude in security and hospitality Security Guard – Luxury Attention and Hospitality Location: CDMX – Cuauhtémoc / Condesa / Hipódromo 24x24 Shift | $8,000 net monthly / up to $10,000 if you speak English (80% proficiency) Are you passionate about security and service? You will provide direct guest assistance, conduct security patrols, and actively participate in daily operations—all with a service-oriented attitude. Your Responsibilities: Security and Access Control Monitor guest, staff, and vendor entries and exits Conduct preventive patrols throughout all areas of the property Immediately report incidents or anomalies Respond to emergencies following established protocols Hospitality and Guest Service Greet guests warmly according to welcome protocols Assist with luggage or escort guests to their rooms (occasional bell boy duties) Provide basic information about hotel services and facilities Ensure guests enjoy a safe and memorable experience Operational Support Complete daily logs and checklists Communicate via radio with security and hospitality teams Monitor general conditions of the property Requirements: Age: 25 to 50 years old Education: Secondary school or high school diploma Security experience (preferably in hospitality or luxury environments) Excellent appearance, service-oriented attitude, and commitment English proficiency (80% — optional, for bilingual salary) Preferred: Basic first-aid knowledge We Offer: $8,000 net monthly salary $10,000 gross monthly salary if you speak English (80% proficiency) $600 grocery vouchers Meal and dinner service (Monday to Saturday) Complimentary uniform IMSS coverage from day one 12 vacation days in the first year Punctuality bonus ($350) Productivity bonus ($500) Retention bonus after one year ($1,000) Competitive tips Ongoing training and growth opportunities. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Secondary education 2 years of experience Age: between 24 and 50 years Keywords: escort, guard, watchman, sentinel, guard, surveillance, watchman, sentinel, guard, surveillance
