Position: GRILL COOK Work Location: El Farolito Prado Norte Responsibilities: • Preparation of tacos, faroladas, farolazos, gringas, alambres, volcanes, huaraches, and accompaniments. • Ensuring proper presentation, seasoning, and portion control of dishes. • Compliance with established quality and hygiene standards. • Maintaining a clean and organized work area. Schedules: • Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off. • Availability to rotate among the following shifts: Opening shift: 09:00–18:00 hrs. Closing shift: 18:00–02:00 hrs.
