We are expanding and seeking talent that shares our philosophy: doing things well—always. **Position Objective** Lead and execute dish preparation according to Mora Mora’s operational standards, ensuring sensory quality, impeccable presentation, efficient service timing, and compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and supervise dish preparation in accordance with recipes and technical sheets. * Coordinate the team during daily operations and ensure efficient service flow. * Verify quality, presentation, and portioning prior to plating. * Comply with and enforce food hygiene, handling, and storage protocols. * Monitor waste and ensure proper use of supplies. * Assist with inventory, goods receipt, and raw material rotation (FIFO). * Identify and report operational incidents and areas for improvement to the kitchen supervisor. **Required Profile** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Line Cook A or similar position. * Experience coordinating operational kitchen staff. * Proficiency in culinary techniques and professional kitchen processes. * Knowledge of good food hygiene and safety practices. * Operational leadership, organization, and execution focus. * Attention to detail and results orientation. * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. **What We Offer** * Base net salary: $12,500 per month. * Statutory benefits from day one: IMSS, vacation, holiday pay, and vacation bonus. * Attendance and punctuality bonus. * Job stability within a growing project. * Professional development within an expanding brand. * Professional, creative, and collaborative work environment. **How to Apply** Send your CV or contact us at 55 1027 5883\.
