Development of skills in mixology and food hygiene ### **Job Objective** Support bar operations to ensure fast, organized, and high-quality service for club members and visitors, complying with hygiene and customer service standards. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in preparing beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) * Keep the bar clean, well-stocked, and organized before, during, and after service. * Wash glassware, utensils, and bar equipment. * Restock supplies (ice, fruits, liquors, soft drinks, etc.). * Assist with basic inventory and supply control. * Respond to basic customer requests with a service-oriented attitude. * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Assist in setting up and dismantling events in the bar area. ### **Requirements** * Education: Completed junior high school (minimum). * Experience: Preferably 6 months in bars, restaurants, or customer service roles. * Flexible schedule availability (including weekends and holidays). * Professional appearance. * Service-oriented attitude and ability to work in a team. ### **Desirable Knowledge** * Basic knowledge of beverages and mixology (not mandatory). * Hygiene practices in handling food and beverages. * Basic use of bar tools. ### **Key Competencies** * Responsibility and punctuality * Speed and organization * Attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure * Effective communication ### **We Offer** * Tips * Statutory benefits * Cafeteria service * Uniform
