As a Delivery Assistant, you will be responsible for performing all necessary activities to ensure the safe delivery of our products to the market. Requirements and skills for this position: * Perform daily startup activities to ensure safe product dispatch to the market. * Execute delivery agreements established by the sales team, and select and collect the appropriate packaging for each customer. * Customer orientation: deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times. * Decision-making: capable of analyzing situations, evaluating options, and making effective and appropriate decisions. * Communication: possess effective communication skills to maintain smooth interaction with customers, coworkers, and supervisors. * Proactivity: demonstrate initiative and willingness to assume additional responsibilities, always striving to improve processes and outcomes.
