Comprehensive Human Resources management **Human Resources Generalist** **Location:** LOGAM Integrated Logistics (Tepotzotlán, State of Mexico) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM (Sundays off) **Salary:** $16,500 gross monthly At LOGAM, we are looking for a **Human Resources Generalist** to join our dynamic and professional team. The main objective of this position is to manage and coordinate Human Resources processes, ensuring the well-being of our employees and compliance with labor regulations. **Responsibilities:** · Administration of hiring processes and onboarding. · Preparation of employment contracts. · Control and tracking of employee files. · Management of attendance incidents (tardiness, meals, vacations) · Employee training and development. · Handling labor relations and addressing employee inquiries. · Implementation of employee wellness and workplace climate programs. · Oversight of internal policy compliance. **Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field. · Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. · Ability to work effectively in teams and interact professionally with staff. · Results-oriented mindset and process management skills. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.). **We Offer:** · Competitive salary · Job stability and professional development. · Positive work environment. · Statutory benefits.
