




Position Summary: Technical Manager of the Inspection/Quality Unit, responsible for implementing and maintaining the quality management system, conducting audits, and following up on actions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain and coordinate the quality management system. 2. Conduct and follow up on inspections and audits. 3. Supervise the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Our Technical Manager of the Inspection/Quality Unit will be responsible for maintaining the implementation of the quality management system. Responsibilities: * Keep documented information of the quality management system up to date. * Coordinate internal audits of the management system. * Coordinate management reviews of the management system. * Supervise the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Follow up on the implementation of the management system. * Maintain control of records generated during the operation of the management system. * Conduct inspections. * Maintain current and complete inspection records. * In the absence of the Inspection Coordinator, perform activities and responsibilities according to the job description outlined in this profile. Responsibilities: * Design, coordinate, and execute the audit program (internal and external). * Attend external audits/evaluations. * Follow up on the implementation and effectiveness of the management system. * Maintain the management system documented and up to date. * Follow up on complaints and appeals. * Supervise changes to issued reports. Knowledge: * Knowledge of Risk Management. * NMX\-EC\-17020\-IMNC\-2014\. * Law on Quality Infrastructure. * Regulation of the Federal Law on Metrology and Standardization.
