Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions. **VR DE MEXICO SA DE CV is seeking a QUALITY MANAGER in Central \- Tepotzotlán, State of Mexico** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Position: Quality Engineer** **Location:**Tepotzotlán **Department:**Quality **Reports to:**Quality / Operations Manager **Position Objective** Ensure compliance with quality standards in production processes through implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of management systems, thereby guaranteeing customer satisfaction and adherence to specifications. **Main Responsibilities** Ensure compliance with customer specifications for finished products and processes. Implement and monitor quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 22716). Lead root cause analysis (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys) and corrective/preventive actions. Coordinate in-process inspections and release of finished products. Manage and monitor customer complaints. Develop and update quality documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms). Implement process controls (poka\-yokes, control plans, SPC). Support internal and external audits (customers, certifications). Ensure proper product traceability. Coordinate product and process validations (first articles, engineering changes). Collaborate with Production and Engineering for continuous improvement.
