Desirable experience in condominiums, hotels, or private clubs **WE ARE HIRING A MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT** **Working Hours:** **Schedules subject to monthly changes.** Morning shift: Monday to Sunday: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Evening shift: Monday to Sunday: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM **Responsibilities:** * Electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and varnishing knowledge for residential common areas * Experience in condominiums, hotels, or private clubs is desirable. **We Offer:** * Salary: $12,000 gross per month * Statutory benefits Employment type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $12,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
