Position Objective Calculate, record, and control operations and information generated within the department where the role is performed, by registering and monitoring data in department-specific computerized systems such as ICM, SAP, Cognos, etc., to generate and issue reports requested by superiors. Requirements * Education: Bachelor's degree * 1 year of experience as a claims analyst; knowledge of fleet insurance; internal customer service * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency * Willingness to travel Job Functions or Activities * Update the company’s automated operational systems databases * Maintain up-to-date client, administrative operations, and Human Resources databases * In accordance with company-established requirements and processes * Promote road safety culture at all levels through traffic accident prevention actions, leading the 32 Regional Road Safety Committees and analyzing the prevention work assigned to Road Safety Committees to contain accident frequency * Conduct accident analysis to develop management dashboards presented to Regional, Management, and Executive Committees * Create digital content for dissemination in driver prevention activities in TR1 \& TR2\. * Organize and prepare the Safe Company Certification process with the National Association of Private Transportation, as well as the participation of nationally selected drivers * Lead the execution of the Ruta Cero event, ensuring recognition of zero-accident drivers and their families from Regional Committees nationwide What We Offer You * Growth opportunities * Productivity bonus * Grocery vouchers * Life insurance premiums above statutory requirements Why Join Estafeta?
