We are looking for a Corporate Building Administrator with proven experience in the comprehensive management of top-tier buildings. About the Position The purpose of this role is to ensure the proper functionality, maintenance, and operation of the Quadro corporate building, guaranteeing high service standards, regulatory compliance, and customer care. Requirements * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Business Administration, LAE, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in managing corporate, residential, hotel, or shopping center buildings. * English: 50% proficiency preferred. * Work location: Palmas, CDMX. * Excellent personal presentation. * Availability: * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Required Knowledge * Logistics for preventive and corrective maintenance. * Administration and supervision of operational and administrative staff (technicians, custodial services, security). * Management and evaluation of vendors (general services, maintenance, materials, electricity, etc.). * Tenant support and incident resolution. * Coordination of operational procedures. * Civil Protection, Safety, and Hygiene regulations. * Development of operational reports, comparative charts, and administrative documentation. Responsibilities * Supervise and ensure continuous operation of equipment and systems in common areas (elevators, air conditioning, pumps, electrical power, etc.). * Enforce internal regulations governing building operations. * Coordinate and monitor the preventive maintenance and property conservation program. * Provide direct tenant support and follow-up. * Prepare performance reports, improvement proposals, and comparative charts to support decision-making. * Ensure compliance with operational and quality procedures within the property.
