SECURITY ASSISTANT
SHIFT: 24X24 (8:00 AM to 8:00 AM)
WE OFFER:
* Base salary of $9,000 MXN per month, tax-free
* Punctuality and attendance bonus of $500 MXN per month
* Productivity bonus of $1,080 MXN per month

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Register all visitors entering the premises.
* Ensure the security of newborns and infants from birth until discharge.
* Ensure the security of all medical equipment entering or leaving the premises.
* Immediately grant access to any patient arriving via emergency services.
* Conduct patrols 24 hours a day to maintain facility security.
* Register all vehicles entering the premises to enhance security for patients, visitors, and staff.
* Keep all vulnerable areas closed and monitored 24 hours a day.
* Accurately report any incident to the immediate supervisor, on time and as required.
* Service-oriented attitude.
* Professional appearance.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Gender: Unrestricted
* Minimum 6 months of relevant experience
* Strong verbal communication skills; expertise in facility and personnel protection; ability to operate and handle security equipment
* Service-oriented attitude, proactivity, responsibility, ability to work under pressure, frustration tolerance
* Attention to multiple details
* Excellent personal presentation
* Flexible availability for shift work
