Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join a high-impact team focused on advanced analytics for manufacturing. Key Highlights: 1. Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders and product owners. **We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join a high-impact team focused on advanced analytics for manufacturing (machine data, IoT, battery manufacturing).** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **What will you do in this role?** ------------------------- * Collaborate with business teams to ideate Data Science solutions for complex challenges. * Perform **EDA** on data from **Data Lakes** and Big Data platforms. * Develop, maintain, and enhance models for: + **Machine Learning** + **Deep Learning** + **Computer Vision (Must Have)** * Train and optimize models using techniques such as **hyperparameter tuning**. * Build pipelines for model deployment and integration (MLOps is a plus). * Communicate insights, results, and findings to stakeholders and product owners. * Work in an **Agile/Scrum** environment (standups, planning, sprints). **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ * **Advanced English (C1).** * **5+ years of experience.** * Strong applied **ML/DL** experience (minimum 8+ years). * Experience in **Computer Vision** (mandatory). * Proficiency in **Python** and modeling with **Spark / Spark-ML**. * Experience working with **Big Data**. * Experience in manufacturing and time-series modeling (mandatory). * Research background (**PhD highly desirable**); minimum 2 years of research project experience required. * Experience with industrial data: **manufacturing / machine data / IoT / battery data**. **Plus (Nice to have):** ------------------------ * MLOps / production deployment pipelines. * AWS experience. * Knowledge of **Databricks** or **AWS SageMaker**. * Airflow, CI/CD, GitHub. * Power BI or Tableau. * Experience with **GenAI, LLMs, VLMs**. **We Offer:** -------------- * **Competitive salary based on experience level.** * Biweekly salary payments. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits: Christmas bonus, vacation days, vacation premium. * Insurance: IMSS, Life Insurance. * Others: Grocery vouchers, Savings Fund, and Bonuses. * **Multicultural team environment.** * Indefinite-term contract. * **Remote work.** If you meet the profile, apply with your updated English CV and complete the application questions.
