At **OSHUJO**, we seek a **Data and Process Analyst** responsible for optimizing operational and administrative processes through information analysis, report automation, and data-driven solution design. The objective of this role is to **enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure business scalability**, leveraging data analytics tools, visualization platforms, and continuous improvement methodologies. Responsibilities * Analyze operational, commercial, and administrative processes to identify **inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and rework**. * Document processes using methodologies such as **BPMN, SIPOC, or Value Stream Mapping (VSM)**. * Design and implement **optimized and standardized processes** to improve operational efficiency. * Monitor and track results following the implementation of improvements. Data Analysis and Performance * Define, calculate, and monitor **operational, financial, and commercial KPIs**. * Design, develop, and maintain **executive dashboards** using tools such as **Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization platforms**. * Conduct data analysis to evaluate **process, service, customer, or project performance**. * Identify **hidden costs, variances, and optimization opportunities** through data analysis. Automation and Efficiency * Automate reports and repetitive workflows using tools such as **Power Automate, scripts, SQL, RPA, or other automation solutions**. * Standardize **databases, information formats, and reporting structures**. * Support integration and analysis of data from systems such as **ERP, CRM, and internal control tools**. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Collaborate closely with **Operations, Finance, Sales, and Executive Leadership** to align processes with strategic business objectives. * Facilitate process analysis and improvement sessions with internal teams. * Present **data-driven results, dashboards, and recommendations** to senior management. Education and Experience * Bachelor’s degree in **Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, or related fields**. * **2–4 years** of experience in **process analysis, data analysis, or operational improvement**. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel** (pivot tables, Power Query, data analysis). * Experience with **Power BI** for dashboard creation and data visualization. * Knowledge of **SQL** for database management and querying. * Experience in **process mapping, KPI definition, and report automation**. * Lean Six Sigma knowledge and experience in **B2B environments** are desirable.
