Ensuring compliance with customs and sanitary regulations. **Purchasing and Import Manager** At **Comercial Hispana**, we are seeking a **Purchasing and Import Manager** with extensive experience in coordinating import processes, Incoterms, inventory control, and negotiations with suppliers, customs brokers, and carriers. **Position Objective** To ensure timely and efficient supply of domestic and imported products by optimizing costs, maintaining quality standards, and complying with applicable customs and tax regulations—thereby contributing to the company’s profitability and competitiveness. **Responsibilities** * Collaborate with the commercial department to develop an optimal procurement strategy that ensures adequate and consistent supply of marketed products. * Coordinate **import processes.** * Reduce national and international freight costs by applying the most effective **Incoterms** negotiation strategy with suppliers. * Maintain optimal **inventory** levels. * Maintain effective communication with **suppliers, customs brokers, and carriers**. * Ensure compliance with applicable customs, tax, and sanitary regulations. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. *A Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management is a PLUS.* * 5–7 years of experience in international procurement, demand planning, imports, and supplier negotiations—preferably within food or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) distribution companies. * Knowledge of Mexican Customs Regulations, Incoterms, and Logistics. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite *(Advanced Excel).* * Advanced English proficiency. **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Food vouchers. * Professional development opportunities. **Apply if you meet the profile and wish to join a growing team.**
